Pumice. It is second on the ingredient list, and those grains are what scrub the resin off. They are the difference between this and an ordinary hand soap.
Pumice is heavier than the soap and sinks towards the bottom when the bottle stands still. The Xanthan Gum in the formula holds it back, but shake the bottle anyway so the grains are spread through before you use it. The label says "shake before use" in both places.

No, and that is the whole point. Put the soap straight onto dry hands and lather thoroughly so the grains get hold of the resin. Only then rinse with water.

The formula contains glycerin, which holds moisture in the skin, and the label highlights it as moisturising and gentle on hands. Do not scrub harder than you need to — the grains do the work.
Yes. Parfum is on the ingredient list along with the fragrance substances Limonene, Linalool and Amyl Cinnamal, which have to be declared. If you are sensitive to fragrance, read the list before you buy.
