If you write to us through the form on this site, we receive the name of the shop or company, your name, your email address, optionally a phone number and country, and whatever you write in the message. We ask for nothing else.
If you place an order, we receive your name, delivery address, email and optionally a phone number from the payment. We use them to ship the goods and for bookkeeping. The payment itself is handled by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., which is a separate controller for the card details — we never see or store them. Order details are kept for five years, as Danish bookkeeping law requires.
Solely to reply to you and possibly enter into an agreement. The basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and preparation of a contract if it leads to a sale.
